ABT insurance members help

Hi everyone,
I'm all insured with abt, my second time with the company
I'm currently looking into cpd courses and came across a few.

With my insurance it says we are covered with cpd courses worth up to £30.
Does anyone know how we go about gaining information about courses abt possibly offer and how we go about getting payment covered?

Or am I just being blind stupid? lol

In my paperwork it just says CPD courses up to £30. I don't know what it covers or how to claim etc. It's on my 'to do' list for July! x
