Hi

For anyone that is qualified in accounting or book keeping, i want to train in these, but i need a step in the right direction. do i do book keeping first then move on to accounting or is there a course that would cover it all?

Thanks

The simple answer is that No there is no course that will fully cover both these aspects.................

You have AAT which is a world wide recognised qaulification and will give you the fundementals

You can then go onto ACCA, Cima, ACA but this will very much depend on what your employer requires and what industry you go into.........

You can do a degree.....................

You can also do specific Book keeping courses ie with ICB or sage or you could do ATT or decide to specilise in payroll........................

Accounting/Bookkeeping is like any other profession you start out with the basics and then have to keep up with your training..................
