Acrylic nails

Hi
I have been doing acrylic nails now for 4 years and never seem to have problems with them. I did a clients nails yesterday all of them were fine and she told me she was going out last night with her friends. The early hours of this morning I got woken up (4am) to a message saying ‘I lost a nail’. When I was doing her nails she was telling me how they always play party games etc and wondering if she’s knocked it with force? She said it just fell off, and I can hardly see this happening?

Advice on what to say please?

Just tell her you'd like to see a photo. You will be able to see if it just "fell off".

I agree, ask for a photo or for her to pop in.
If you get few repairs I wouldn’t worry about it.
