Acrylic vs Gel - facts & fiction

Hi,

I'm really tired of wildly incorrect claims made against different nail systems and manufacturers.

Claims like, acrylic nails will damage your natural nail, gel nails are great because they aren't acrylic and there's those 'organic' nail systems which cannot cause any damage because they're natural!!! :lol:

I believe those above claims to be incorrect and I want to put it into writing and show it on my website etc. However, I only want to state facts, so I thought I'd enrol the help of my fellow geeks

Please can I have some, genuine, facts or fiction that I can use?
