Ive read on here about people using food dye colouring and eddible glitter for additives. This is probably a silly question but can use basically anything as an additive?

I've used edible glitter! Was waiting for a delivery and it was only on myself. You could tell no difference! ;) xx

Well there i go, i thought it would of disolved. Would you use it on clients?

Sainburys do some lovely food glitters and look fab on nails. I read here a long time ago that they could be used and gave it a try :)

Also eyeshadow makes great additives too, some brands are mica powders with MSDS too so you can add to the safety file.

Yeah ive heard of eye shadow and using it to create nail polish. Never thought to use anything else tho

The 'Edable art ' glitters range is brilliant. I have quite a few. They are so fine you can mix them with acrylic, gel, gel polish or apply them on top of tacky gel dispersion layer. They are super dooper glittery.
