Advice on finding staff

I'm on the look out for a new stylist for my salon, anyone know any good sites on where to find stylists without putting it in my local paper?Also has anyone got any advise on how chair rental works.

I don't know about the expense of it, but this website was where i always looked for jobs:
Beauty jobs, hairdressing jobs, spa managers, beauty therapist recruitment
