Advice on hair colouring

HI i have got a client that colours her own hair at home which is a deep red colour. she wants to have blonde high lights, can anyone recommend what products i could use. also bearing in mind that when it grows out she will have brown roots, do you think i should suggest she has the hair that hasnt been high lighted dyed brown which is her naturel colour. Hope this makes sense :irked:

LOL this must be the season for artificial red heads going blonde, im in the middle of a disastour so whatever you do TELL HER IT MIGHT NOT BE WHAT SHE EXPECTS. . . my current blog is about this exact situation, called first hair disastour, red all the comments within it and u wil get all the advice i have been given too. . . hope u dont have as bumpy a ride as i am in the middle off. ., xx
