Advice on room rent/percentage for treatments

hi i am looking for peoples oppinion on renting my spare room if im supplying the products?
what do other take and charge? Because i have full stock she will be using mt stock..

If shes self employed she doesnt have to use ur stock tho i dont think.

I get what your saying but the tax man wont really care about stock/space. Rules are rules.

Maybe you could 'sell' stock to her but i think she would e entitle to shop else where still
