Hi, I would love some advice please!I did my first nail course about 9 years ago and have done lots of different courses since.I did my nvq level 2 and 3 a couple of years ago.Now my youngest has started school I want to work more and have a lovely home salon.My problem is I havent done artificial nails for over a year and have no confidence whatsoever.I would really appreciate some advice as I feel really stupid:o.

Alot has changed in the world of nails,and alot is still the same, as you did an N.V.Q maybe you need some convertion / skill building classes to get you back on track?

Of course you feel out of your depth .. things at the top end of the industry have moved on a pace since you learned!! Time to attend a training with an updated product system and bring yourself into the 21st century re nails. I'm sure it will build your shaky confidence and you will feel more comfortable after you have done a class.
I also suggest yo do a class with a renowned company/brand rather than that with which you were taught in college. :hug: No need to feel stupid .. do the smart thing.
