Aesthetics training

Hi,
Im a level 3 qualified Beauty therapist and also hold a Microblading qualification. Im aware I can train in Aesthetics- fillers and botox, im just wondering if anyone in my position has trained and if so any tips and info on what training companies to avoid or any someone would recommend?
