Ive found my airbrush after six years. The place where i bought the paints from has closed, can i buy paint from the craft shop?

No, like Noodle said, airbrush paint is a specific type, highly pigmented but super thin to allow for even spraying out of the noxzle without clogging. You can water down acrylic paint but it will be watery and inconsistent colour

Testors has their Aztek line, that's what Young Nails is selling. You can also use Jacquard Airbrush paint which has way more colors and is way cheaper, almost half the price.
