Alternatives for lift prone clients?!

Can anyone share their ideas for shellac lift prone clients?
We use the nail fresh dehydrator but the bridal gel is being discontinued.
I saw a Facebook post from someone saying that they put a top coat over the base before applying colour?
Another said they use a bio base gel first.
Any other ideas would be appreciated.

CND now recommend you do regular base coat, then one coat of the original top coat (not xpress5) then 2 colour coats and a top coat of your choice to achieve a similar result from brisa lite smoothing gel

Thank you for that. I had heard about the top coat but didn't realise it was a CND recommendation. I would have used the express top coat too. Much appreciated x
