Alternatives to the Lecenté neon pigment powders

Summers on its way and I have been seeing some of the most gorgeous designs using the Lecenté neon powders.
I unfortunately lucked out last year when they were released and didn't buy the limited edition collection.
I only have the Cnd additive neon pigments in a yellow, pink and orange.
I would love to add a neon green and a neon blue to these but the Lecenté powders are no longer available.

Does anyone know of an alternative brand that have some high grade top quality pigment powders?

U can still buy the lecente neon powders from sweet squared or ellisons

Can you? Even though they're not in the catalogue anymore?
I only say this as I thought they were limited edition.
