Amazing face cream

Hi girls looking for a lovely new skin cream to help my spots and give me clear skin. Any advice on what to use? I'm currently using clean and clear dual action moisturizer (cheapy) but its lovely and refreshing I just fancy something f maybe even better? Xx

If you are looking for something mainly for the congestion get some bioderma and apply it on the spots it's amazing!!
