Any geeks in Catral or Elche in Spain?

I'm just asking on behalf of my Mum! Since I've been qualified she's been having regular peds with me but she lives in Catral 6 months of the year. She's going back on Wednesday and she wants to find a good pedicurist in her area. Anyone out near there or can anyone recommend a good tech in that area.
