To be honest, if I went to a professional for some airbrush nail art and they got an Argos gadget out to do the job I would probably expect a bad job. I believe that as a professional you have to use professional equipment and products. Just my opinion
Sorry forgot to add a suggestion, you could try ambermist, they are really helpful, the airbrushes are specially made for them by Paasche ( an exceptionaly good make) the compressor is cute and you can then use it for Make up, Tattoos and spray tanning.

Mine an Iwata one from Airbrushes, Airbrush supplies and compressors, UK
It's brilliant lovely to use, just needs practise! They were lovely there too and really helpful
