Argument with training center please help

Top picture done by an extensionist who has been a qualified hairdresser for 6 years.
Bottom is my best attempt at fixing them with the state of her hair and the bonds.
I have no hairdressing qualifications, only hair extensions.

(Top picture bonds had been in less than 2 weeks)
