Hi
I went into get a balayage. I have dark brown hair and had a brunette blonde balayage done last year. Today I showed a picture that I wanted purple in my hair. She bleached my hair blonde which I have never done before then applied the purple toner which didn’t show. Only on the front a tiny bit but looks super dark. When I place my hair into a pony tail I have blonde strands at the back of my hair. I also have my old brown balayage on my hair
I paid over £140. She said I can come back tomorrow and get a toner to revert it back if it’s not what I like but I’m annoyed that I have had my hair bleached blonde and it’s gone to waste. Has she used the wrong colour application.
I could have jsut bought purple hair dye and done it myself
How do I go about asking for a refund ?
