My client is natural base of a 5 little regrowth previously coloured hair was base 6 same length hair as the picture.
Highlighted bits in her hair already which is not enough bleach with 30 vol.

And she would like to achieve the colours and balyage in the picture.

I'd use colour touch 4/71 + 6/71 for you base.
You need to lift those front sections - low and slow is usually more successful (no higher than 6%) tone lighter pieces with 8/38 + 9/97
