Beauty couch problem - help

Hi everyone, ive been tearing my hair out trying to figure out what the height adjustable hinges are called on most beauty couches. One if mine has broken and i need to replace it, but for the life of me i cannot find the part im after, maybe because i dont know its correct name. Here is a pic of it. Any help much appreciated.

It is called a "ratchet stay".
You should be able to find them easily enough but be sure to check how many "positions" the one you need must have as well as it's length. You might find it easier to replace both sides rather than find one that matches what is already on the bed.
