Hi there.
I have a 7 year old Bali deluxe 3 motor electric couch. I bought it new. The reclining function on the remote has stopped working. The other 2 functions still work. Its a sealed remote. No screws. Any ideas? The company is trying to source a matching remote but said its a long shot as the couch is old. I paid €870 for it and don't think 7 years is that old. What do I do? Its a big problem.
