We have a recently built beauty room available in our busy hair and nail salon with a part time client base for beauty already in place. I am currently too busy to fit any beauty into my schedule. So the room could be yours on a full or part time basis (availability to suit) there is a goldmine of clients waiting to be tapped into. Rent is negotiable and room will shortly have its own water supply. The room has enough space for its purpose and fits beauty couch and all equipment aswell as the new sink and storage cabinet. Rent of £70 due on weekly basis and includes all utility bills, use of salon software for reception, free advertising in window display, facebook, website and 2/3 off costs of advertising flyers, use of salon reward scheme, commission on sales of salon products, big discounts on other salon treatments PLUS beauty equipment if arranged before rental agreement is signed. Profit sharing basis can be arranged to mutual agreement.
