hi all, i have 2 shops for rent, currently trading as tanning & beauty shop but only since dec 2007, we refurbished both premises to a high standard, 4 rooms in all, with enough electric supply to run sunbeds if required.
family comitments are forcing me to spend less time at work and have tried employing staff, but unfortunately they aren't as honest or reliable as i would like :irked:.

sorry all, bumping up the message, just to let you know the rent will be £75 a week for one shop or only £125 for both, thanks for looking. p.s am willing to leave the funiture, 2 nail stations, treatment couch, reception desk, drinks display fridge, display cabinet trolleys, stools etc x
