I'm just starting off and with all the costs creeping up I need the best I can get for the cheapest ,can anyone point me in the right direction please

I wouldn't scrimp on equipment. It's best to invest in a good light that will last a very long time, than to buy cheap and to have to replace it in a short amount of time as that won't be cost effective.
