Best hair extensions to have.

Hi hair geeks,
I'm a beauty geek but was looking for advice on best type of hair extensions to have. Also is there anyone local to me that someone can recommend - I live in bury at Edmunds Suffolk but I'm close to Cambridge and Essex.

It really does depend on many factors what the "best" extensions are because it is very individual to your lifestyle (ie if you gym a lot etc), your hair texture, if your hair grets greasy, how long you want them for, if you dont want heat or glue in hair, how fine your hair is etc.
