Best product for under eyes?

Could anyone recommend a good product for fine lines and dark under eyes please?
I have a client who is concerned with these issues, I use Eve Taylor and recommend the advanced eye complex but she hasn't seen any improvement after a couple of months.

The Eve Taylor Eye Complex is my best selling product and works wonders. Is it a medication issue i.e. side effect? Are her sleeping habit good? Creams and serums can only do so much for your clients...I assume you did a full consultation so maybe review it and look at whats possibly causing these dark circles? Just a thought S x

Thank you both for your replies, she isn't on any medication and has said she does sleep well with a regular sleep pattern.
