Best Toner for yellow/gold hair

So can anyone help with the best toner that will get rid of the yellowtail gold tone was thinking 10,69 or 10,16 was also considering using Fanola no more yellow ?

The problem you have here is that theres 2 shades of blonde running through your hair that are on different levels and carry different tones.
On the whiter ash bits , 10/69 will give a pink hue. 10/16 will give a silver colour. But neither will be strong enough to shift the yellow.
Ideally the yellow /gold needs to be lifted more or you need to go down to a level 9. Because the hair isn't an even level 10 you can't use a level 10 toner, it doesn't carry enough tone to counteract the gold on a lower level.
