Best way to set Swarovski?

crystals? is it gel bond or maybe even Brisa Lite Sculpting gel?

I used hard gel for years, ezflow then ibd, they work fine. I recently tried soak off gel trugel and I've had people coming back with them fallen off so I'm going back too hard gel. Hth x
