Hi
I have a problem with one of Bio clients she has been coming to me for the last few months. This client has been having Bio gels for a long time but her nail tech has moved away. I was recommended to her by another client. The problem I have is that she is losing a coulple of nails aweek, the client is a hairdresser. She never has had this problem with the other nail tech. So I am being to think it is something I am doing. This does not happen to any of my other clients I dont know what to do or what might be causing it. I would appreciate anyones advice. My client always pays for the nail repairs so I know she is not trying to pull a fast one on me. I would hate to lose her through something I am not doing wright.
Thanks

Hi
Have you checked to see if old tech was overlaying in the same way as you are with the same combination of gels i.e S-gel, clear or sealer etc?
Maybe it could be to do with this.
I went on a workshop recently with Bio and out of 10 of us on it we all did overlays slightly differently! For example when I trained years ago S-gel wasn't even around so I cant get on with it as Im used to doing them differently.

Hi there,
I have a client who is a hairdresser and because of her hands exposed to alot of water, I do this..
Clear, Colour, S gel (2 mins), colour, s gel (4 mins).
Her nails last a good 3 1/2 weeks.
