I am aware of this thankyou Syncage, I wouldn't dream of using it without being trained. I only had a few minutes and S2 are being swamped with calls but I shall give them a call to discuss my next step. How exciting!

i have also wondered about buying enhancement products online from s2. I have a cnd natural nails cert only but am able to view + add to my cart enhancement products. I have never tried to check out but assumed either at that point or before fulfillment someone from s2 would check and decline my order. maybe something like that should have happened but perhaps as BL Sculpting is a new product it fell through the net.

to clarify, you can use it without the bl sculpting training (although the class is recommended)

but you can't use it without any kind of enhancement training.

lucky you, enjoy yor next step. I have the gel enhance course on my training wish list!

Brisa Lite Removable Smoothing gel is a thin gel product that can be used stand alone or underneath a colour coating such as Shellac.
This one is ideal for natural nail specialists who do not wish to learn nail enhancements.
Brisa Lite SMOOTHING gel is a Power Partner to CND Shellac and ideal for clients with delamination and less ideal nails for Shellac-too bendy, harder on their hands etc.
It has a simple application procedure and can be used by anyone manicure trained- it is not for lengthening nails an so enhancement training is not required.
Therefore, as you need to be a professional to register with Sweet Squared, anyone registered can buy this one.
The class is 3 hours and covers everything you need to know about how it works and how to apply it- its a similar format to the Shellac class but with a different product obviously.

Brisa Lite Removable SCULPTING gel is a truly sculptable gel- a superior enhancement system which allows clients wanting enhanced nails to add that length without the need for buffing of filing the natural nail (in the same way it is not needed for Shellac).
You need an enhancement qualification to use this as it is an enhancement system, unlike the smoothing gel which is not.

I hope that clarifies?

People with and w/o an enhancement qualification can buy Birsa sculpting products tho? I ask because I have invested a lot of money into CND products/training to be able to use them.

It will be on the same basis as Brisa and Retention+ L+P I believe- they need to be enhancement trained to buy enhancement products, which BL Sculpting is.
That was the rule as far as I am aware but I would recommend contacting your supplier direct to clarify this point officially as it may have changed since I was told this a fair while ago now.

It's the same as the L&P, Brisa hard gel....you have to be qualified in enhancements first.

I purchased brisa lite sculpting and Iam enhancement trained however s2 don't know this as I didn't train with them so I assume you can purchase without any enhancement training. Although I don't know why you would want to. Surely that would be a nightmare to work with!!

I have just received my BL Smoothing and Scuplting Gel packs from SSq and I am not CND enhancement trained but Bio Sculpture trained. Ordered them online yesterday morning at 8.30am, no questions asked!!

Zooks is naturally trained but she has bought the sculpting pack, she is planning on training but S2 dont know that and I bet a lot of folk wont bother attending classes.. seems like anyone can buy enhancements products now:mad:

well to be fair its not 'just anybody', its not as if it is being sold in tesco or the local wholesale to joe public, these people have at the very least got some degree of professionalism behind them to even register with Sweet Squared.

Perhaps however this maybe more apt to be addressed by contacting Sweet Squared themselves- so details can be direct from the horses mouth on this one, whilst I can help with questions about products, distribution of the products is certainly not my forte nor that of 99.9% of the geeks on here.

you dont need to be cnd trained to buy products but you are supposed to do the conversion courses to be using the products to their best advantage. If you are Bio sculpture trained then you will be enhancement trained xx

Really shocked to see that you can attend the brisa lite sculpting class with NO Gel enhancement experience - why is that?

Strange I rang s2 earlier because I'm only trained in fibreglass enhancements and was told if have to do a brisa training course then the brisa lite sculpting conversion.
