Hi,
I wondered if any one could help with this. I have been qualified in hot stone massage for 3 years. The other day I lifted my heated stone pot (with stones and hot water in) -just to tip a little water out, when id managed to pick up the actual heater as well, this resulted in the heater part of the machine dropping to the floor. Hence now it wont turn on and the 'click' sound when I turn the temperature dial now doesnt click. No heat no light... I changed the fuse praying it will work and it didnt. Does anyone know of an electrician or company or place I could take it? Or is it all over for my machine?

I've not yet found anywhere that you can buy a separate insert or actual heater element I'm afraid as I needed one last year and ended up buying the whole lot.

Will be interesting to see if anyone else knows different though.

Thankyou Redduck for your reply,

Its what Ive been expecting, that I will have to buy a new machine but...
fingers crossed we hear it is possible to get fixed.
