Buffing glitter acrylic

So having some trouble with the buffing stage of glitter acrylics

Newly qualified so can’t get a good set without buffing at the end either

Basically when I apply the acrylic powder mixed with glitter (pink) to the nail it goes fine I mixed about 40/60 ratio

But when I buff the nails to make them smooth the glitter turns silver as if the pigment has been buffed off the glitter

Anyone got any answers looking for help?

Apply he glitter thin then cap with clear so you don’t file into the glitter.
