Can u recommend a good treatment for damaged hair

Hi girls, just popped over from skin geek!
My hair is pretty damaged due to all the abuse I give it with highlites, straightners etc.
Can u recommend any good treatments please? Hairdresser mentioned one from capital just wondered what u guys rec
