Caramel colour help

Please could someone help with this colour. My client had base 6 1 inch root.she wants what I pictured as 6/7 base with caramel highlights using pre lightner and 6%.I lifted the highlights to base base 8ish and applied 6/7 c/t on roots smudged through washed of and applied 8/73 & 1.9 c/t on length and ends. I can't help thinking I should have done this dry rather than a toner at the backwash. I didn't really grab on the ends which were a 10. She had a lot of lightness from bleached balayaged ends. I feel silly asking for help but colour is not my strongest at all. Thanks geeks x I have attached a pic of what she wanted.

Have you a pic of what it looks like now , ? That's easier to judge best way forward

Maybe go a shade darker with both base and toner. Say like a base depth of 5 on roots and tone with a golden 7? Xx
