Are all color codes the same with various hair companies? I'm interested in buying hair wefts from Celebrity Elite. The last batch I purchased in NYC from another company was color #27 and it matched perfectly. However, someone on this forum wrote that Celebrity Elite's color #16 was a honey blonde.
Are they similar? I don't mind if #16 is slightly lighter, since my hair is slightly lighter than the #27 shade I had from another company. But the #27 on Celebrity Elite's website looked almost red. It could have just been the photo, though.
