A Chinese mushroom called cordyceps mushroom has been found to offer effective anti-ageing benefits, new research has found.
Conducted by two health companies, LifeGen Technologies and Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc, the study discovered the ingredient possessed wrinkle-reducing properties. They also agreed it had a positive impact on a healthy lifespan, boosting energy, fatigue and endurance.
Executive vice president of development and Chief scientific officer at Nu Skin, Professor Joe Chang, said: "We're making great breakthroughs in gene expression science that have application in the fields of health and longevity."
