Chrome/mirror pigment powder

hi there. can anyone recommend a GOOD mirror/chrome
pigment powder that actually works !! ive ordered a few off ebay but they all go dull ( yes i am using no wipe gel top coat ! ). im convinced some of these pics on the net havnt been topcoated as they look so beautiful and just like a mirror !!! ive heard 'wildflowers' sell a good one but with postage and packing it works out to about £25 !! that seems a lot for a little pot of powder !! thanks everyone. x

This picture slightly blurs the chrome effect but worked really well I thought
Also, I tried it just over the top coat and the silver effect is amazing. I couldn't get it silver enough over black.
