Client loyalty letter ideas anyone?

Im thinking of popping on a few special offers to exisiting clients and a letter. Has anyone done this before? If so what did you write in the letter and what did you offer?

I did a client recovery program. I fished out all the old records of clients who havent been for ages and wrote a nice letter and included 2 vouchers, one for a free cbd and one for a free facial. Got a 40% success rate.

That's really good going, but how many of those re-booked after having had their freebie?

A majority.
I think people had felt embarrassed about coming back if they had been elsewhere and we broke the ice by inviting them.
