Hi everyone,
What do you do to mark your clients birthday? I’m thinking along the lines of the ones who haven’t been in recently and sending a money off voucher.
Just wondered what ideas people have found worked for client retention and what works in salon for current clients?
Hoping we can come up with some ideas we could all benefit from

I’ve thought of this before just never carried it out it is a really good idea I think, especially for loyal regular clients it’s a nice little treat for them xx

Yes i was thinking it’s a feel good treat, but wondered if it was a bit over the top?

On their birthday, our clients get an email offering them £5 off their next visit. It’s done automatically by our booking system x
