Clients gel nails are falling off

I'm a bit mythed as to why this is happening. I've done their nails before and they lasted up to 4 weeks before she broke one and came for a fill. This time however they haven't even lasted a week. They are just dropping off. I don't understand why because I did my prep work as usual. They aren't breaking they are just cleanly falling off. Could it be due to oily nail beds or am I doing something wrong somewhere?
