Ok so customer has used 'blonde' box colour twice since Jan. What would you guys do to match back up to the ends? Highlights?!!

Does she want highlights or a global colour? What colour is she aiming for?
The ends look very dry and damaged so I guess she reapplied the box bleach all over the second time. You need to lift the roots and then the mids and then tone it all over.
