Cloudy look

for some reason i noticed a couple of my nails had a cloudy look rather than a clear fresh look.. im thinking maybe the mix was wrong... am i right i can only think maybe some of the powder remained dry or similar but i need to get that right.. please help...

more likely it is your brush not being clean or the product you are using. make sure you thoroughly clean your brush with fresh monomer between your tip color and your pink/clear application

Can I ask where is the cloudy looking bit, is it the whole nail or a specific area?

Cloudy nails makes me think of pocket lifting, which would make the nail look cloudy in zone 2.
