I would think if it was under warranty still you could get it fixed. I know with my old Brisa lamp, I could send it away and they would fix it for me. I had to pay for it cause the warranty was expired. That is in the US, though.
If its under warranty, which is 1 year from purchase then I am sure they will,probably repair/replace it after that though I'm afraid it will be up to you to get it repaired.
