CND LED lamp + The Gel Bottle Inc

Can anyone advise me on the proper cure time with CND LED lamp and the gel bottle inc polish??

I can't seem to find a thread for it on here. Which of the buttons do you use with the CND led lamp to cure each layer? I don't want to under or over cure this product as I'm used to using CND Shellac but have purchased a couple of the bottles to test out.

I've been trailing it out using the 2b button as that's what was recommended on the community page on Facebook try join that if you haven't already have a look!
I'm really liking it so far x
