CND Shellac over acrylics

I've had quite a few requests to shellac over acrylics, I know base coat isn't needed over enhancements but looking for advise on PEP or PREP of nails beforehand please. Thanks Ashley x

Just a wipe of IPA over the finished enhancement then straight on to the colour

I don't do the wipe. If it's a set I've just applied, I dust off and apply colour coat then top

you should use shellac base coat too. It helps the color last longer.

No you shouldn't, there's no need at all.

As above, a base coat is not required before applying any gel coating, including Shellac over L&P
