Color acrylic powder?

Hi geeks! I have a lot of clients that come back to refill their color powder acrylic nails and their fingers don't look like they are lifting at all but when i checked carefully they are all easy to lift than regular acrylic. So my question is what can I do to prevent the lifting from color acrylic powder and what do I do to refill the color acrylic powder that already lift which sometimes I can't see ? Thanks
