Hi guys,
I'm new here and this is my first post so I hope I do this correctly and follow the Salon Geek rules!
I use KP and am confident in most colours but every now and again I have a wobble of confidence.
I've been messaged by someone who wants to have a colour change and I'm not sure the best way to go about it.
She has a good 2 inch of roots of a base 5, creamy light bleach highlights on the rest of her hair and wants to have something like in the pictures I have attached. The pictures are both different as you will see so I guess she has sent them for reference. She's coming for a consultation tonight.
Any thoughts or suggestions welcome, thanks in advance.....
