Colour b4

Has anyone used colour b4 I have a consultation with a girl tomorrow she wants a change however she told me she had tried to strip it with colour b4 I have never used this so I am unsure how harsh this is on the hair.

I wouldn't and don't strip anyone's hair who have used colour b4.
It re-oxidises in the hair when you put colour over it and it contains metallic salts.
There was a women in salon I worked in who had red hair and she used colour before and then came into out salon to tone her yellow/orange blonde hair and it just went pink..... (Wasn't my client) but she swore she hadn't had red hair and hadn't used colour b4 before finally admitting defeat with all the evidence stacked up against her.

I would turn her away, or colour without the use of peroxide.
