Hi hair pros, please can you help? Y hair was highlighted blonde, very blonde and I wanted it a more natural colour as I’m about that start trying for a baby so don’t want the upkeep. I wanted it a dark golden blonde. I’ll attach a pic of what I asked for.
So I got a root smudge and lowlights and a toner. I came out with hair that was quite literally gold. As in like a gold necklace. No offence to the colourist but it’s really horrible.
My question is, did I ask for the wrong thing to get what I wanted? What do I ask for to get the colour I want? I took pictures etc. I’ll attach a pic of pre colour, after colour and what I wanted.
Any help much appreciated as I need to sort it before I potentially get pregnant so can’t keep goi g back x
