Colour correction advice

Hi all just after some advice for a clients colour, she's tried to colour it herself at home and it has come out about a 7.3 on the top and around a 9.1 on the lengths and ends. She has now decided she wants something around a 7.4 all over, any ideas how I'd achieve this? I normally use loreal but happy to try other brands.

I would do a 7/4 semi permanent on ends and maybe 7/0 & 7/4 mixed on roots

As it's a diy job, if it's box dye blonde, you need to be very cautious as it's more likely to snap and break off if you use an oxidising colour. Definitely do some strand tests first.

It's professional colour that she's used but yes was thinking to do a strand test anyway
